We often times have expat visitors and newbies w/ layovers a coming and a going at (UIO) from Cuenca, Coast and neighboring Cotacachi , passing thru or on to their next destination, as well we have several transplants that relocated form other Ecua hot spots to live in lil ole Cumbaya (Pop 31k)🤫
