15 FEB22- 'If Colombia falls, Latin America falls-

"This year in Colombia there are presidential and congressional elections, and what is at stake is not only the future of Colombians but, in fact, the future of the entire region. It is no coincidence that Nicolás Maduro, the tyrant of Venezuela, mention Gran Colombia again and again and don't stop talking about Bolívar. Castrochavism has always wanted to erase borders and make Latin America a single socialist territory. If Colombia falls, it is possible that this nightmare will come true.

The narco-socialists of Venezuela and the Colombian guerrillas have been working hand in hand for some time. Much of the drug produced in Colombia passes through Venezuela before reaching its final destination. Maduro and Diosdado Cabello are the heads of the Cartel de los Soles, and their main collaborators are the FARC.

Maduro has used the Venezuelan Armed Forces to guard and transport drugs from Colombia in collaboration with Colombian guerrillas. Even the US Treasury Department has accused high-ranking Venezuelan officials of providing material assistance to drug trafficking operations carried out by the FARC.

But they are not only allies in drug trafficking, but of course also in the revolution. Documents found by Colombian authorities in FARC terrorist camps show that since Hugo Chavez was in power, Venezuela has financed the FARC for weapons acquisition and intelligence training.

And since for the socialists the revolution includes the recruitment of minors, they are also partners in that. The NGO Fundaredes has denounced on different occasions that Colombian guerrilla groups maintain a presence in more than 300 schools in five states of Venezuela, which has allowed them to recruit Venezuelan minors into their ranks.

These transnational criminal relations have occurred for years, even when in Colombia there was a government like that of President Uribe who confronted the guerrillas with all his power. Imagine what could happen if the president were from the left…

If [Gustavo Petro] becomes president, the only country that for decades voted against the left will have fallen... and Latin America will fall with it

What will happen in Colombia, if the left wins, is not simply that some socialists will begin to carry out their statist measures that sooner rather than later will end in misery, what will be unleashed in the coffee country is much deeper and more worrying than that , will be the expansion of the Castrochavista regime to Colombian territory.

The first thing that will happen is that in those border places where there is already little or no presence of the Colombian Armed Forces, the guerrillas, with the full support of the cartel of the suns and the tyranny of Maduro, will expand their domain. The coffee-producing country is a very physically attractive territory for these cartels because, due to its temperature, humidity, height above sea level, latitude and other agro-ecological issues, it is an extremely generous land for the cultivation of many things, but in this case, what that they care about: coca.

Colombia also has a good location for the exit of drugs, the Colombian Pacific is an exit route already quite exploited by the cartels. In addition, the country has people trained in production and transportation. Colombia for Castrochavism is not just another country to which they are going to take their ideology of death while robbing the entire people, Colombia is a "white gold" mine that is also next door, which is infinitely convenient for all operations .

If alias 'Aureliano' -better known as Gustavo Petro- reaches the presidency of Colombia, Maduro more than ever will create the new Bolívar and will advance towards a "Great Colombia" that will be nothing more than an extensive territory without borders to commit crimes. If the lord of the bags – Petro is also known as such after the revelation of a video in which he is seen counting bills and then putting them in a bag – becomes president, the only country that for decades voted against him the left will have fallen... and with it will fall Latin America."-

01JUL25 - SOUTHCOM’s TMPI: Towards Integrated Deterrence in the Americas by Building Maintenance Capacity- #ECUADOR - "Analyzing Ecuador’s foreign policy trajectory over the past two decades is pertinent to illuminating the region’s evolving political and security landscape. During President Rafael Correa’s administration between 2007 and 2017, Ecuador pivoted by severing its military relations with the US.

This comprehensive shift included ordering the closure of the security cooperation office in the US Embassy and honoring but not renewing the lease term for the Manta Air Base, causing the withdrawal of approximately 300 US military personnel stationed there.

However, this period of strained relations was followed by the re-establishment of the Office of Security Cooperation (OSC) in 2018, signaling a potential shift that ultimately materialized with new military cooperation agreements signed with the US in 2023 under President Lasso and ratified in 2024 by President Daniel Noboa. ...

25JUN25 "Ecuadorian President Daniel Noboa announced this Thursday the capture of Adolfo Macías Villamar, alias "Fito ," considered the leader of the Los Choneros organized crime group.

"For those who opposed and doubted the need for the Solidarity and Intelligence laws : thanks to those laws, Fito was captured today and is in the hands of the Security Bloc," the president posted on the social network X.

"We have done our part to proceed with Fito's extradition to the United States , and we await your response. Have a good afternoon, Ecuador," Noboa added.

The criminal leader had been on the run for over a year and a half , after escaping from the Guayaquil Regional Prison and hiding his tracks while the country was engulfed in a spiral of violence, culminating in the brief takeover of a television station.
