The president of Ecuador, Daniel Noboa, confirmed this Tuesday, June 11, 2024, the delegation that will accompany him on his work trip to Spain and the Summit for Peace in Ukraine, which will be held in Switzerland. In this new international journey of the head of state, which will take place from June 13 to 17, 2024, he will be accompanied by

to provide a platform for dialogue towards a comprehensive, just and lasting peace solution in Ukraine, based on international law and the Charter of The United Nations; promote common understanding to achieve peace; and jointly define a roadmap on how to involve both parties to the conflict in a peace process.
The Communication Secretariat maintained that "President Noboa's participation in said Summit is based on Ecuador's non-permanent membership in the UN Security Council , for the 2023-2024 biennium." -
