"I had the proper driver's license, registration of my vehicle and a current safety & emissions inspection I have to do each JAN & JULY.
The other 2 party's in the pile up the motorcycle and a Suzuki Car / Hatchback of some sort did not have any type of driver's license, registration of their vehicles nor a current safety & emissions inspection. No one was seriously injured.
First time it had sprinkled or rained in months, the asphalt was slick as a sheet of glass. We were all going a bit "too fast for conditions." - A term I have never heard in Spanish in Ecuador, thus far in my brief 8 years of living here...?

i see peeps now a days getting legally armed in about a 3-4 months time frame, kinda like a tuff assed visa process!
