"UNASE has just carried out an operation where it disarticulated an alleged organization dedicated to kidnapping in rural Manta. 🏌🏻♂️
The network operated under the alleged complicity of an active-duty policeman, who leaked information from kidnapping investigations to offenders.🗣️
It's about the policeman Brayan Robelio Robles Flores 30 years old, who was arrested together with Mario Enrique Loor Sabando (41), Roberto Carlos Bonilla Rodriguez (34) and Nestor Ricardo Choe Delgado (36).
The last three have records for crimes of theft, weapons, assault, theft, robbery and drug trafficking.
The operation was named "Liberty 564". The alleged gang was dismantled when they kidnapped a fisherman and demanded $20,000 for his release.
The UNASE agents did an intelligence job and it was there that they discovered the complicity of the policeman Brayan Robelio Robles Flores, who allegedly operated in San Mateo,
La Refinery, San Lorenzo
and Santa Marianita. 🪁
In the operation, the detainees were seized 5 ammunition, cell phone equipment, a car and cash.
