11FEB25 'An Excellent read on Ecuador Pres Election. A Great Reflection
THIS IS NOT ABOUT A WAR BETWEEN 🪖Coastal and Sierras, 🪖
THIS IS ABOUT YOUR CHILDREN'S FUTURE AND WHAT KIND OF CITY YOU WANT THEM TO LIVE IN.❗👨👩👧👦
"Some analysts 👨🏻🏫around here say: "that the election results were not so bad, that the first round was won, so with little margin and that there is a new first political force in the Assembly."
It's that despite politically, there seems to be reason in that interpretation; the results are more than surprising, they HURT.!
Beyond preferences, has anyone stopped to think and meditate on the message we give to the world as a country?.
On the one hand we have a candidate who is allied with the USA and all the world powers; however a percentage is betting on the other candidate who is an ally of the DICTATORS in Latin America: Venezuela, Cuba, Nicaragua.
How can it be understood, that on the one hand people ask for security, and at the same time vote for those who believe that a hitman is a vulnerable person and classify him as a PRIORITY GROUP?
Do you think that any other alternative measures should be applied to offenders before preventive imprisonment? If you think that minors, despite being murderers in the act, cannot be prosecuted and thus kill 100 people, once they turn 18, come out with a clean record?
How can you vote for people who want you organic and want you INDOCTRINATED to ideas like: gender identity, abortion, inclusive language?
What a SHAME, the Ecuadorian coast, only ratified that it is the cradle of drug trafficking, gangs, assassins and electoral base of the RC.
If people celebrate this result, I now understand why we hit violence levels of 47 deaths per 100,000 inhabitants.
Part of the Ecuadorians are telling the world who they prefer as allies and who are their life references.
This is not, a war between florindos vs lambs, wigs vs sandwiches, and so many third-worldist epithetes, it's about the future of YOUR CHILDREN and what kind of society do you want them to live in. ❗"
