15-30 MARCH 2026 Curfew for 4 Provinces in #Ecuador
President Daniel Noboa Azin announced that it will implement a focused curfew from March 15, as part of a new phase in the national security strategy.

"This month we will fight with our allies in the region in very important military and police operations," he said when giving the news, during a graduation event for sub-lieutants of the National Police.

Later on his X account he specified that this new phase of anti-crime operations will include the participation of the United States.

He announced that between March 15th and 30th this restriction on freedom of traffic will be in four provinces: #Guayas #LosRios #SantoDomingo and #ElOro

Interior Minister #JohnRambo Reimberg detailed that curfew hours are from 23:00 to 05:00 the next day.
👨‍🎤
"We are in a war, 🥷🏼
we are taking decisive steps in the fight against drug trafficking and criminal groups, so it is fundamental and necessary that you stay at your homes during the times that Mr. President has said," he noted.

The executive decree formalizing this measure has not yet been published, so the motives for having chosen these provinces are not yet known.

However, information from the National Police points out that these three provinces accumulate 70% of all crimes committed until February 28:

The curfew can only be declared through a state of emergency, which was renewed for 30 days last February 28. Currently, two presidential orders are in force:

Home Inviolability: Allows for immediate break-ins to capture high-value targets.
Correspondence Inviolability: Facilitates the interception of communications from criminal structures.

Failure to comply with curfew is considered a crime of failure to comply with legitimate decisions of a competent authority, which can be punished with sentences of one to three years in prison." -

#MarchMadness🏀 #BewareTheIdesofMarch - 'Did Enoch Predict March 3, 2026..??! 🩸'Blood Moon' 🌘 -

"Beware the Ides of March" is a famous warning from Shakespeare’s Julius Caesar, advising the Roman leader of danger on March 15th.

Historically, this date marks the assassination of Julius Caesar in 44 BC by Roman senators. While originally just a midpoint in the Roman calendar, the phrase now signifies impending doom or betrayal." -
