It seems ambitious to have everyone over 16 vaccinated by the 9th of August if the entire province has only vaccinated 84,000 people so far...and tough to require proof from anyone wanting to shop if they haven't been able to vaccinate everyone.

Sara Carroll Escobar yes we've (the province of Loja) been on an excellerated vax program for about a month - we are currently adding 2 years each day to each vax group - by Sunday those 31 & 30 are eligible - with 16 and up for medical issues/disabilities/etc.
