In the last meeting held by the Cantonal COE it was ratified that the circulation in Loja is restricted from 23:00 to 05:00; attention on business transfers from 05:00 to 22:00; as well as the capacity of 50% for business transfers and churches, 60% for cinemas, theaters and auditoriums; gyms 30%; and, public transport 75%.
